It is the fusion of historical industrial flair and a restaurant characterised by modern design that makes this location on the outskirts of Salzburg so unique.

The bell foundry, which was located here until 2003, looks back on 400 years of history. It is not only home to but also inspiration for the dishes of Andreas Senn and his team.

Where once Europe’s largest bells were cast, today feather-light and delicate works of art are created in the open kitchen – masterpieces on a plate. Served in a historic building with brick walls, silent bells, iron and wood. An experience to savour and behold.

Head Chef

Christian Geisler

He joined the team in 2018, received 17 Gault Millau points and 1 Michelin star at the restaurant Der Kunsthof in Uznach before returning to his hometown of Salzburg. Christian and Andreas know each other from their time together at Hangar 7.
 

Restaurant Manager / Sommelier

Constantin Kopf

His career in gastronomy began with a 6-month internship in Tenerife. He completed his training as diploma sommelier in 2016, then spent a few seasons in Switzerland as a sommelier. Back in Salzburg since the end of 2017, he worked as sommelier at Hotel Sacher and as sommelier and restaurant manager in Fuschl am See.
